Fully managed - What’s the cost?

Set-up cost: 50% including VAT of first months rent (payable from month one)

Management cost: 14% including VAT of monthly rent (payable from month two onwards)

Rent Protection: From £250 including VAT (optional)

Example: If the monthly rental amount was £1,000 per month. From the first months’ rent you would be charged £500 including VAT only (plus any surcharges for arranged certificates). Then at 14% inc VAT from month two onwards you would pay £140 per month thereafter until the tenancy comes to an end.
