Dear Sarah and Tamara, Landlord too Last Friday my lease has ended, and I’ve returned the keys to where we’ve had the pleasure of living for the past 5 years 11 months ( soon 6 years will be 9th September 2024). I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done as my landlord during this time. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your support and professionalism. I especially want to acknowledge your understanding when some things was problems. You had someone out to fix it within hours and days — we were so relieved and grateful for your quick response. We won’t forget it. I always felt like you all cared about us as a tenant, and that meant so much. Thanks for being the best landlord and team too! Please pass my sincere gratitude along to the maintenance staff as well. They were always so prompt, friendly and efficient — You have always been a good landlord and team, and I couldn’t have asked for better service while renting from you.
